Alina Gamza

Alina Gamza is an experienced HR Project Manager with a strong background in recruitment operations, HR transformation and people-centric change initiatives. She has spent over 15 years working at the intersection of HR, recruitment and project management, progressing from hands-on recruitment roles into leadership and complex project delivery.

Currently, Alina leads HR and recruitment technology-related projects with a strong focus on process improvement, system implementations and change management, supporting global teams and stakeholders across multiple regions. She brings a pragmatic, empathetic approach to project leadership, shaped by years of managing teams, supporting leaders, and navigating large-scale organisational change.

Alina is an active member and leader within the Women in Project Management PMI PC community, where she contributes to building inclusive spaces for women to grow their confidence, visibility, and leadership impact in project environments. 

Her professional interests include HR technology, change management, digital transformation, and the human side of projects - especially how leaders can create clarity, trust, and psychological safety during change. Outside of work, Alina enjoys photography, travel, and mindfulness, finding balance between structure and creativity.
