Kate Lazarska has been active in the IT world for years as a Project & Program Manager, combining a strategic mindset with a human-centered approach to leadership. On a daily basis she works in a corporate environment, and after hours she supports companies as a freelancer—helping them bring order to project chaos, build effective teams, and achieve ambitious goals.
She values collaboration, honest communication, and relationships built on trust. She believes that the best products are created when people feel they are part of a shared mission, not just another project in the calendar.
Empathy is her superpower—she always puts people at the center. She is actively involved in the PMI Kraków and Toastmasters communities, where she not only grows and shares her experience but also develops her passion for public speaking. She hosts numerous conferences and industry events, inspiring others to be courageous in speaking up and taking action.
After work, she finds balance on a snowboard, on the water, or during long walks. For her, summer means movement and sunshine, while winter is about snow and a moment to breathe.
