Vugar has over 14 years of international experience delivering complex projects across sustainability,
agile initiatives, and social development domains. He began his project management career in 2008,
leading international initiatives ranging from community-based programs to large-scale global events
with budgets of up to USD 10 million. Vugar has worked extensively with global organizations including
UNICEF, FIFA, UNDP, WHO Europe, the European Commission, Mastercard MENA, Pfizer, MSD Czech
Republic, and PwC Czech Republic.
He brings strong expertise in agile and hybrid project approaches, having supported UNICEF
headquarters in Geneva with large-scale agile transformation initiatives involving cross-continental
teams. His professional focus integrates project delivery excellence with sustainability, inclusivity, and
stakeholder-driven impact. Vugar has designed and delivered sustainability-focused events, awareness
campaigns, and recycling initiatives in collaboration with government entities, international federations,
and local communities during 2019-2022.
As a consultant and trainer, he facilitates courses in green project management, agile transformation,
change management, and citizen development, tailoring global standards to practical, real-world
application. He has also contributed to the project management profession as a speaker, jury member,
and panelist at global project management forums and excellence awards.
