Kamila is a high-impact professional with over 8 years of experience in Supply Chain and in Project Management roles across both corporate and non-profit sectors. Throughout her career as a Project Engineer, Kamila has consistently delivered measurable ROI in high-stakes environments. She played a pivotal role in the EMEA region, optimizing supply chain frameworks to lower inventory costs while enhancing customer value. Her expertise later expanded globally, where she supported PM experts on cross-continent delivery projects. This international exposure, combined with her leadership in the non-profit sector, has given her a sophisticated understanding of how to manage diverse teams and resources across different organizational cultures and constraints.

With a problem-solving mindset, Kamila is passionate about Lean and Six Sigma methodologies. Having completed two 50-hour Green Belt and Lean Advanced trainings, she excels at eliminating waste and fostering a culture of Continuous Improvement, leveraging these frameworks to streamline workflows and ensure that complex global systems are as efficient, transparent, and impactful as possible.

Kamila’s professional journey is marked by a focus on building authentic relationships and maintaining high standards of integrity. Kamila is a collaborative leader who values team cohesion and cross-functional partnerships. She frequently works alongside diverse stakeholders to drive initiatives forward, whether through internal culture-building or external advocacy.

Since 2023, Kamila has been a member of the PMI Poland Chapter, where she is actively working in  Women in Project Management and her local Poznan Branch. As a former Program Leader of Women in Project Management, she continues to seek opportunities to leverage her communication expertise to foster growth, transparency, and collaboration within her industry.

In 2025, Kamila also joined the Kentuckiana Chapter of the Project Management Institute, where she is using her cross-cultural perspective and diverse experience to establish and pioneer the Women’s Empowerment Initiative in KIPMI.
