Patrycja Gieba

Finance and Administration

Patrycja works as a Scrum Master, facilitator, and Project Manager, supporting teams in building ways of working that are both effective and human-centered. In her daily work, she operates mainly in agile environments, focusing on team development, collaboration, and helping people navigate the complexity of project work.

She completed a year-long Agile Coach & Scrum Master program at Brass Willow, where she deepened her practice in facilitation, working with teams and organizations, product thinking, and change management. This experience shaped her approach to supporting teams at different levels of agile maturity.

In her work, she particularly enjoys facilitating workshops, using visual thinking and graphic facilitation, and creating spaces where teams can openly discuss challenges and look for practical solutions together. She is known for building strong working relationships and helping teams grow at a sustainable pace — even in more demanding environments.

She is also a co-author of Opowieści młodych Scrum Masterów (Stories of Young Scrum Masters), a community book created by graduates of the year-long Agile Coach & Scrum Master school and made available freely for the wider agile community. In the book, she wrote a chapter about the experience of being an experienced Scrum Master working with a young team.
