Magda is a PMP-certified Project Manager with 10-years of experience managing complex projects across Media Technology, Digital Marketing, and Pharmaceuticals. Magda specializes in bridging the gap between complex technical requirements and business objectives. Over the last decade, she gained solid experience in high-stakes, diverse, and fast-paced industries.

She is a people-oriented manager who balances high-empathy team dynamics with an action-oriented mindset. She has always managed cross-cultural, remote teams across multiple time zones to deliver seamless project lifecycles.

Since 2024, Magda has been an active member of the PMI, where she’s constantly refining her craft and giving back to the community. Over the last year, Magda has been involved in the Women in Project Management, focusing on business and partnerships. Being a part of the initiatives is close to Magda’s values to promote and support gender equality, and empower women working in project management and in a wider professional environment.

Outside of work, Magda is a huge tennis fan, both as a watcher and amateur player. She believes that project management isn't much different from a good match: both require agility, the ability to anticipate the next move, and the persistence to keep the ball in play until you hit that winning shot.
