Christina Muntean is a storyteller, global entrepreneur, and advocate for women in leadership. Born in 1981 in a small village in Transylvania, Romania, she grew up with limited resources but a fierce curiosity and dedication to learning. These experiences shaped her values of integrity, freedom, and partnership, which guide her work today.

Cristina is on a mission to increase the number of women CEOs worldwide and to promote a new leadership model she calls “good power”—leading with positive impact, sustainability, and purpose. Through her company VORNICA® and the VORNICA Academy®, she supports senior women leaders, founders, and executives with coaching, mentoring, and strategic development.
