Agenda

When Women Stop Stepping Out of the Game. Impostor Syndrome, Power, and the Courage to Stay Visible.

Impostor syndrome, (self‑)sabotage, and invisible rules often push women to step back long before they reach the top. In this talk, Justyna explores why women eliminate themselves  and sometimes each other  on the path to leadership. Drawing from years of mentoring and project leadership experience, she challenges deeply rooted narratives about proving worth, visibility, and power, and invites women to stop disappearing and start owning their impact.
